The Ikeda Dislocated Mouldboard Plow provides better utilization of the tractor power by the fact that is dislocated which allow the tractor work with all its rolling set “outside the groove”. The confirmed increase of productivity and longevity of the sugarcane fields is assured by the combination of several excellent factors of Ikeda mouldboard plow. Perfect incorporation in depth of the previous haystack residues and soil amendment. Deep and homogeneous decompression (up to 55 cm of depth), avoiding the erosion improving the crop stand and increasing the capacity of water supply in the soil.
Material: Ikeda Standard
• Chassis in widely dimensioned structural profile with internal reinforcement.
• Columns (rods) in steel SAE 1060, quenched, and tempered.
• Coulter (blade and “spoon” of the flat mouldboard in carbon steel 1060/70 with manganese alloy, tempered, and quenched).
• “Spoon” of polyethylene mouldboard in ultra-heavy molecular weight (UHMW).
• Two types of mouldboard, one for each type of soil.
