The Ikeda Sugarcane Cropper model CTC is intended to the fertilization and cultivation in the pressing plants of raw and burned sugarcane.
It is constituted by two cut disks that cut the hay and two rods in tandem that allow adjustments between lines of 1.30 m, 1.40 m, and 1.50 m, equipped with “Shock Control”. This rods, exclusive of Ikeda, decompress the soil integrally with a minimum soil revolving in its surface. It has also two articulated rolls that help the leveling and finishing of the soil and two disks trimmed which put the sugarcane haystack in its original position. Fertilizer bins has capacity of 500 kg each one, with endless screw dosing valve of stainless steel operated by hydraulic motor (1 per bin).
